Welcome to Little Hammies. By registering for, attending, or participating in any Little Hammies event, clinic, camp, or program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Little Hammies programs are designed for children and youth participants. A parent or legal guardian must register and consent on behalf of each participant.

Participants must:

• Bring a working bicycle in safe operating condition. We recommend bikes with hand brakes.
• Wear a properly fitted helmet at all times while riding
• Follow all safety instructions given by Little Hammies coaches and staff

Little Hammies reserves the right to refuse participation if equipment or behavior creates a safety concern.

Cycling and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and unpredictable terrain.

By registering for Little Hammies programs, parents or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.

Little Hammies, its staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.

All event registrations must be completed through the official Little Hammies registration platform.

Registration fees:

• Are required to secure participation
• May vary depending on the event, clinic, or race

Registrations may be limited based on available space.

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Cancellations made 2 or more days before the event will receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 1 days of the event may receive credit toward a future Little Hammies event.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

If Little Hammies cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive:

• A rescheduled event date
• Event credit
• Or a refund at the discretion of Little Hammies

Little Hammies events take place outdoors. Plan for rain or shine attendance. Events may proceed in light rain but may be delayed, modified, or cancelled if conditions are unsafe.

Safety decisions will be made by Little Hammies staff within 12-24 hours before an event.  A refund or credit to a future event will be given to registrants.

Little Hammies may take photos and videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, parents or guardians grant Little Hammies permission to use images or video of participants for:

• Social media
• Website content
• Marketing materials
• Event promotion

If you prefer your child not appear in media, please notify Little Hammies in writing before the event.

Little Hammies aims to create a positive and encouraging environment for all kids.

Participants are expected to:

• Respect coaches and other riders
• Follow safety instructions
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship

Little Hammies reserves the right to remove participants from activities if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Participants are responsible for their own bicycles, helmets, and personal gear.

Little Hammies is not responsible for:

• Lost
• Stolen
• Or damaged equipment or belongings.

Little Hammies reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, coaches, or program structure when necessary.
