Summer Races at Heardmont Park
Make Thursdays Race Day
Before each race, we will be hosting an optional 30 min bike clinic for kids who want improve their bike skills.
Championship prizes for racers who race more than 5 races with us!

We had a blast last year at this event with all abilities of racers. Kids of all abilities were able to race and see what Lakeshore Foundation does!
RAMBO Roswell GA

Support RAMBO and the local trails in Roswell, GA by coming and racing on Friday evening in the funnest kid bike race format ever!
HAMR Fall Fest

HAMR Fall Fest is the best! Enjoy the Day at Monte Sano State Park with a fun race for kids around the kid trail area.
Kid Race at Oak Mountain

Race with us on the Discovery Shelby Field at Oak Mountain State Park. Enjoy the thrill through the excitement on your kid's faces as they take the checkered flag.

Bill Andrews
Coach Bill Andrews is the Mountain Brook MTB Team Head Coach for the Alabama Cycling Association. He will be guiding and instructing small groups during our kid bike clinics. He will cover basic bike skills for kids and techniques to advance your young rider’s biking ability. Bill is a certified mountain bike coach and the owner of Treeline Expeditions which has been offering youth bike programs for over 10 years. Treeline Expeditons and Little Hammies goals aligned perfectly because we aim to get your kids unplugged and on their bikes.

Max Klein is the organizer of Little Hammies. He is passionate about anything with two wheels! As a competitor and lifetime cyclist himself. He knows what riders love! Since 2019 he has been providing great race experiences and clinics to many riders in the Birmingham area.
